Apprenticeship certificates

This is a new service.

Apprenticeship certificates

This service is for apprenticeships awarded in England.

For other UK apprenticeships visit, Apprenticeships Northern Ireland , Apprenticeships Scotland , or Apprenticeships Wales .

If you completed your apprenticeship after 2012, you can use this service to:

  • view your apprenticeship certificates
  • download and share your apprenticeship certificates
  • request a printed apprenticeship certificate
I completed my apprenticeship before 2012
If you completed your apprenticeship before 2012 and need a replacement certificate, you must contact your original awarding organisation. If you do not know which awarding organisation it is, the Register of Regulated Qualifications may help you identify it. A fee is typically charged for replacement certificates, and the Department for Education (DfE) is unable to subsidise or reimburse this cost.

The first time you use this service you'll need to answer some questions, so we can match your information to your results. If you have your unique learner number, we can match you more quickly. After matching, you'll be able to view your certificates straight away when signed in.

You'll need a GOV.UK One Login to use this service. You'll be able to create a GOV.UK One Login if you do not already have one.

You'll be told when you sign in if you need to prove your identity. This is to keep your details safe and normally involves using photo ID like a passport or driving licence.
